At first I thought this was small (around 15 cm) but when I got it, It’s huge XD I really like the design of this. On the corners of the case there are rings and it has tiny writings around them that says: “X L’Arc~en~Ciel 1999 GRAND CROSS TOUR X L’Arc~en~Ciel 1999 GRAND CROSS TOUR”.

The cover has a hole in a shape of an X and is covered by a thin plastic. There is also a hole in the same shape as the cover and on the second page is where the L’ logo you see on the front is located.

However, I think there is a flaw on the design. You have to insert the unbinded side of the book first inside of the case, so that you can see the title on the side of the book when you slide it in the case. But sometimes the rings make it difficult to slide in the whole book and it makes the pages bent. So I attached a piece of scotch tape on each side on the unbinded side of the book that will hit the rings. That made it easier for me to store the book.

It comes with a strap and a key chain and you can attach figures of the members on it. I wanted this ever since I started liking L’Arc back in 1999. I remembered seeing this on Fourth Avenue Cafe on their tour goods catalog section, hydesoso (the webmistress) vouched for it, saying that it was really detailed XD And she was right it was really detailed. On the strap it says, ” 1999 GRAND CROSS TOUR” and on the back it says, “L’Arc~en~Ciel”. The round metal button thingie on the end of the strap has the L’ logo. It’s actually pretty heavy if you attached every members’ figures to your phone ^^.

I actually used this strap everyday, but not anymore because the figures get dirty and seeing how careless I am I’m constantly paranoid about losing it >_< Now, I store it safely and use it only once in a while XD

I bought this in bulk with 4 other Grand Cross Goods. The thing I like about the tour that they had a lot of cute merchandise XD I never really worn a bandana before but I decided to get this on a whim because it’s sooo cute!!! The drunken bunnies was too cute to resist XD So I haven’t decided on how I will wear this, maybe in the end I will use this as a furoshiki. Over at the Japan’s Ministry of the Environment site they have several ways to use a furoshiki. So maybe I’ll carry my bento with this ^^.

Bought it from an online re-seller. It’s second hand but still in good shape except for a minor dent, but c’mon every can does that. The handle is made of plastic. I have a hard time figuring out where this item is from since it wasn’t listed on the tour goods catalogue. I checked that it’s official because it has the L’Arc~en~Ciel “Selfdefense” ©Danger Crue 1999 label on the side, so it must be official, right?

Anyway I decided to buy this because I really like the bunny design XD As like all of my collection it was an impulsive buy I did not regret ^^.

This is the latest edition to my L’Arc~en~Ciel collection ^^. It’s basically a blow up doll of Ciel chan, L’Arc’s mascot. Even though the original price was ￥1,000, I got it through an online (re)seller for almost US$17. But I think it was well worth the price because look how cute it is. It’s called HUGxHUG because it can “hug” things with its arms. I like to wear this around my arm or let it hug the drapes ^^.
